FULLY VACCINATED: immunisation record or digital immunisation certificate showing at least least fourteen (14) days a have passed since you received your final dose of vaccine
FULLY RECOVERED: positive PCR test result certificate that must be older than twenty-eight(28) days and may not be older than three (3) months

Entry will be denied to those unable to provide official documentation (original version).
A test centre is centred on our car park.

The validity of all our vouchers has been extended by one (1) year.
We recommend to book your massage appointments online.

What has changed due to the current hygiene and distance regulations?

Yes, please visit our online reservation tool to book an entry time slot. This is not mandatory, however, we do strongly recommend making a reservation as it will allow you to by-pass any queue, particularly during busy times such as weekends, holidays, and school vacation.

Simply follow the link for RESERVATIONS on our homepage where you will be guided through the required steps. The fee is €3.50 per person and reservation. All reservations are final and, due to data protection regulations, may not be transferred. No-shows will not be refunded. vabali spa Berlin is opened daily from 9am to midnight, including weekends and holiday.

All reservations are final and non-refundable. However, as a courtesy for guests that have a registered user account which they used to book their reservations, you may sign in to your account and modify both date and time of your booking up to eight (8) hours prior to its scheduled time.

We are thrilled to welcome back guests that are fully vaccinated against, or fully recovered from a SARS-COV-2 infection.
All guests wishing to enter the spa must provide official documentation for one of the following:
– immunisation record or digital immunisation certificate showing at least 14 days have passed since full immunisation
– a positive PCR test result that must be at least fifteen (15) days old but must not be older than three (3) months.
Those that are unable to provide required documentation (including government-issued photo ID) will be refused entry

No. Vabali spa Berlin is still a textile-free facility. Outside of pools we ask you to cover yourself with a bathrobe. Of course you are allowed to sunbath undressed.

Face coverings are required. Please wear a mask at any time. (except during: sauna bath, pool, seated in the restaurant, on our loungers)

Our wellness reception is daily available from 9a, till 10pm. During this period you can lend blankets, towels, bathrobes and slippers.

Making appointments prior is highly recommended, you can also use our online booking tool.  Furthermore we ask you to be freshly showered at the wellness reception at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

Please continue social distancing requirements and mask mandates to show consideration for one another and help maintain a safe environment for guests and staff members alike. Our hygiene and sanitation standards remain in place, hand and surface sanitizer is readily available, and we invite all guests to take advantage of the free rapid Covid-19 testing available in our parking lot. We have a parking lot with 50 parking spots directly in front of the facility. A parking ticket costs €2.50 per visit, independent of the length of your visit at vabali spa Berlin.

No, massages and ceremonies can only be booked in combination with an entry card. If you want to enjoy one of our massages or ceremonies you have to buy at least a 2 hour pass. Of course the time of your massage will be credited .

Yes, we’re open 365 days a year. Please take note of our special opening hours for Christmas and New Years Eve in advance.
For 2021, the following opening hours apply:
24.12.2021: 09.00 AM – 04.00 PM
25./26.12.2021: 09.00 AM – midnight
31.12.2021: 09.00 AM – 04.00 PM
01.01.2021: 11.00 AM – midnight

We accept VISA and MasterCard or payment with German EC card.

Our restaurant offers many delicious dishes and snacks. Therefore we request you not to bring any food with you. Please see our sauna guidelines for more information.

Outside our saunas and pools, we kindly ask you to always wear a bathrobe.

Yes, there are outdoor areas reserved for smoking on the premises.

No. Out of consideration for other guests, cell phones have to be switched off and – like all other devices that have a built-in camera (tablets etc.) – have to be locked in the locker. Please see our sauna guidelines for more information.

Yes, children may visit us from the age of 7.
NOTICE: Dear parents, vabali spa Berlin is a place of rest and relaxation. Our furnishing and surroundings are not suitable for children. Please question, if your child will feel comfortable in our facility.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates can be easily ordered from home via our online store during our closure in November 2020. You will receive your gift certificate documents as a printable PDF or by post.

Simply click on the section “Prices & Vouchers”.

You will receive your certificate as PDF document within 5 minutes upon payment. Please also check your spam folder. If you do not receive an e-mail, please send us an e-mail at info@vabali.de.
For best possible display of your generated voucher, we recommend to use Adobe Reader.

If you do not receive your gift certificate within 5 minutes, please send us a mail at info@vabali.de.

With payments via PayPal and Sofortüberweisung the gift certificate is immediately valid. For payment via bank transfer, the gift certificate will be immediately rendered void if banking details are incorrect or there are insufficient funds.

According to legal requirements, our gift certificates are valid for 3 years after purchase. Due to the closure, the validity of the vouchers has been extended by 1 year.

Since our office is currently occupied only two times a week, it takes 1-2 days to process your order and then 3-4 days to send it by post. If you need the vouchers promptly, we recommend to order them via our online store as a download.

Due to organisational grounds, this is unfortunately not possible. If you are not sure which treatment to purchase, please consider buying a set value voucher. This way all options remain available!

Sauna

Yes. You can rent a sauna towel for €3.50 per day and a bathrobe for €5.50 per day or choose a package (1 bathrobe and 2 sauna towels for €10.00). The Day Spa Suite arragements already include rental packages. You can get slippers for €4,50. For hygienic reasons, they can only be purchased.

The sauna area should remain a peaceful place of relaxation and wellness. Therefore, there are certain rules which should be taken into consideration while enjoying the sauna area. Please read our sauna guidelines.

No, every lounge chair should be available for all of our guests at all times. Therefore, we request you not to reserve your chair with towels or bags when you leave and to take all of your belongings with you instead. They may be stored away in one of our many shelves. We ask four your understanding that our sauna staff is advised to clear all lounge chairs that are being reserved.

Bathing suits are not permitted in the sauna area, but you are more than welcome to wear your bath robes and towels.

No, both the pool and the saunas are only accessible unclothed.

Fragrancing and sound journeys take place from 10:15 am till 10:30 pm, every 15-30 minutes. Infusion do not take place at the moment.

No, there are no solariums available.

Wellness

Our capacities are often quickly booked up, so short notice bookings can be difficult to accommodate. We recommend booking your appointment as far in advance as possible. Because of the high interest in our Day Spa Suite packages, we recommend booking at least three weeks in advance.

Many unforeseen circumstances can occur which can result in your missing or being late to an appointment. We kindly ask you to notify us of any changes to your reservation as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy requires at least eight hours notice before the booked treatment. When you are late to an appointment, the overall length of the booking will be shortened.

Yes. It is mandatory to wear a mask during your massage appointment, both for the therapists as well as for our guests.

As you like. Massages are free to be enjoyed with or without clothing.

Our qualified staff is trained to maintain the intimacy of our guests, which means that intimate body regions remain covered with a towel at all times during massages.

Fresh towels are available and ready for you to use. No need to organise your own towel, just enjoy!

Yes. Please let us know your preference upon reservation.

Expectant mothers have special needs and not all our massage treatments are suitable for them for health reasons. Therefore we recommend our customised Massage For Expectant Mothers which is designed specially for their needs.
