Online Voucher Purchases
Vouchers for vabali spa Berlin are available for our full range of services at our online shop (website).
Simply navigate to “Prices & Vouchers”, where we will guide you through the ordering process. We accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard only) as well as PayPal and instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung).
Digital Delivery Option
We will send you your voucher(s) along with the corresponding invoice as pdf files by email immediately after receiving payment. Select this option for an instantly giftable voucher.

Postal Delivery Option
We will process and dispatch your order to the address specified within one day of receiving payment. The invoice will be delivered via email immediately after purchase.

Return Policy
All legitimate orders may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (please note that this does not apply to massage bookings booked and paid for online as well as entry reservations). No reason must be given. Please contact us via info@vabali.de if you wish to return your order. A full refund (minus any postage costs) will be issued within a few days of reviewing your request. For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your contact and payment information.
As required by German consumer protection law, all vouchers are valid for three (3) years from date of purchase.
